Ace Hotel

Ace Hotel is a chain of boutique hotels with locations in the coolest cities all over the United States as well as Kyoto, Sydney and Toronto (so far).

My first major build at Wallop, Ace Hotel was my first real experience working with a whole team on a site. I came into the build part way through and mostly focussed on the events functionality as well as general QA and fixes. It was my first experience working with Timber and Twig; or any PHP templating engine in general. The learning curve was a little steep on a production build with a tight timeline, but I enjoyed the process immensely.

The final product turned out completely on brand, projecting cool and sophistication. A great start to my time at Wallop and in the hospitality industry.
